Bio in brief...

At present, I'm the SARS-CoV-2 Coordinator for USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Veterinary Services (VS) One Health Coordination.

My primary focus since I started this job in Fall 2020 has been SARS-CoV-2 infections in animals. This includes investigating individual cases of infection, maintaining reporting and analysis protocols, and designing and operationalizing focused projects to better understand the virus.

Previously, I did an ORISE fellowship at Plum Island, was a Select Agent Inspector, and was an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer (EIS Program) at the CDC.
