Bio in brief...

At present, I'm an Enforcement, Investigations, and Analysis Officer for the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). 

In my current position, I conduct risk-based, targeted reviews of establishment food safety systems (including assessing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and microbiological verification sampling protocols), perform investigative work related to food processing and/or slaughter systems and make recommendations regarding enforcement actions, collect necessary information pertaining to product recall activities, consumer complaints, or other public health concerns, and determine compliance with food safety laws and agency regulations.

I could probably answer most questions about any job associated with FSIS, especially if someone is interested in being a Supervisory Public Health Veterinarian. I am also very familiar with USA Jobs and how to apply to a federal job.
