USAHA/AAVLD Joint Annual Meeting Travel Awards

Overview:

The Center for Public and Corporate Veterinary Medicine if offering multiple awards to students interested in one of two career paths: veterinary public practice or veterinary diagnostic laboratory medicine to offset travel and other expenses to the United States Animal Health Association (USAHA) and the American Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians (AAVLD) joint annual meeting. Registration fees will also be waived.

When and Where: 

Thursday, October 30, 2025, thru Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
Gaylord Rockies Hotel in Denver, Colorado 
Attendance for the whole conference is not mandatory.

To Apply: 

  • You must be a veterinary student in the United States
  • Submit a 1-page essay about your experience and interest in veterinary public practice and/or veterinary diagnostic laboratory medicine, your career aspirations, and what you hope to gain by attending the meeting 
  • Submit your CV or resume
