This webinar is part of CPVM's Beyond Private Practice series, designed to expose veterinarians and veterinary students to diverse and impactful career pathways across public, corporate, regulatory, and diagnostic sectors.


About the Beyond Private Practice Webinar Series

This webinar series is designed to inform veterinarians about the diverse career opportunities available in the public and corporate sectors. The series will consist of two distinct session structures:

Organizational Overview Sessions: These sessions will provide an overview of various public and corporate organizations that employ veterinarians. Topics will include the mission and objectives of these organizations, the roles veterinarians play, salary structures, and the hiring and application processes.

Career Insight Sessions: These sessions will feature veterinarians currently working in industry or federal positions. They will share their career paths, daily responsibilities, and insights into their professional experiences.

The aim is to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities beyond traditional clinical roles, highlighting the wide range of career possibilities in the public and corporate sectors.
